Post Your Contest
Sign up as a client and fill out our smart contest form. Describe your brand, industry, preferred style, and upload any reference files. Set your prize budget (minimum ₹500) and choose your deadline. Optional upgrades like 'Featured' or 'Urgent' listings are available to attract more designers faster.
Receive Creative Entries
Once your contest goes live, verified designers from across India start submitting their logo concepts. Depending on your settings, you can view all entries or keep them sealed until the deadline. Use our 4-criteria rating system (Relevance, Creativity, Typography, Color Harmony) to evaluate each submission.
Pick Your Favorite
When you've found the design you love, select it as the winner. The winning designer is notified and the payment process begins. If you're not satisfied with any entry, you can work with the admin team on a resolution.
Receive Your Files
The winning designer uploads all final source files (AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, etc.) through our secure handover system. Once you confirm receipt and approve the delivery, the payment is released to the designer. You receive full ownership rights to the logo.
Safe Payment & Ownership
Your payment is held in secure escrow throughout the contest. You only release it when you're 100% satisfied with the files. The platform takes a 25% service fee from the prize to maintain operations — so what you set as the budget is exactly what the designer wins.
For Designers — Win Contests & Earn
From signup to your first payout
Sign Up as a Designer
Register as a Freelancer on xflown. Your account starts unverified — you can browse contests but cannot submit entries yet. This verification step ensures quality standards across the platform.
Get Verified
Upload your portfolio samples (minimum 5 files), sign the designer agreement, and submit your identity verification. Our admin team reviews your portfolio within a few business days. Once approved, you'll receive your verified badge and can start submitting entries immediately.
Find a Contest to Enter
Browse the active contest board. Filter by category, budget range, or deadline. Each contest has a detailed brief written by the client. Use our Brief Builder tool to understand what clients typically look for. Sealed contests keep all entries hidden from competitors until judging.
Submit Your Design
Upload your logo design files (PNG, JPG, or PDF — up to 5 files per entry). You can revise and re-upload your entry as many times as you like before the contest closes. Clients can rate your submission and leave feedback.
Win & Get Paid
If your design is selected as the winner, you'll be notified immediately. You then upload the final source files through our handover system. After the client approves the delivery, the admin processes your payout. 75% of the contest prize goes to you.
